If you have ordered Online Jio Phone (Mobile) and want to track status or want to know delivery date
then you can check online as well as offline
Step for online Mode :-
For online mode, you need to download MyJio app. After opening the app, you need to go to ‘Track order’, fill in your details and track.
Step for onffline Mode :-
For offline mode, you need to call the customer care centre but make sure the call is made from the registered mobile number only. After calling the Jio Phone customer care number 18608933333 , follow the instructions.
Soon after the call, you will get an SMS which will have the delivery date and the store details.
How to know next Booking :-
The pre booking was stopped officially only one day after it started. To find out when the booking will start again, you will have to go to the Jio.com website , register and subscribe yourself. When the booking will start, the company will notify you about it.
How and when you have to pay refundable 1500 Rupees :-
While booking the phone, you will only have to pay 500 Rupees. The remaining 1000 Rupees amount has to be paid when the phone is delivered to you. However, as promised by Mukesh Ambani, this amount will be refunded after 3 years.
